A GP with over 20 years general family medicine experience and also a Specialist Women’s Health GP, I love using my intellect and passion to help people lead balanced, healthy and authentic lives.
My medical passions include all aspects of women’s health but particularly menopause and hormonal issues. I have an interest in giving education talks to the local community particularly around menopause and other women’s health issues.
Every year, I attend the Australasian Menopause Society Annual Congress as well as multiple pregnancy and postnatal care workshops, the Annual Women’s and Children’s Health Update and other conferences that are relevant to my work especially up skilling in mental health care. I read widely via journals and on line health updates in menopause.
I studied medicine at Melbourne University and completed my GP training in the Macedon Ranges. A country girl at heart, I've lived and worked in this beautiful part of the world since 1999. I've also spent a great deal of time working with Aboriginal Medical Services in Katherine and the Victoria River regions in the Northern Territory.
In the quest to practise what I preach, I try to live a healthy and balanced life by spending time with my family, doing yoga, meditating, gardening, making mosaic and glass art, and singing in a local acapella group.

Dr. Danielle Slade (AHPRA-registered Acupuncturist) is the principal practitioner and director of Zenkai Health in Woodend. With over 28 years of clinical practice, Danielle specialises in women’s health, fertility, and integrative medicine. At 48 and thriving, Dr Dan (as she's affectionately known) is a multi-award-winning acupuncturist, a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, wife to one, mother of two, and master of juggling hormones, humans, and a never-ending laundry pile.
Her niche? Women’s health — because someone’s gotta talk to the ovaries, soothe the uterus, and survive the group chat during PMS week.
She’s known for her warm approach, clinical excellence, and ability to make even the most complex health journeys feel supported and hopeful.
She’s welcomed over 774 babies into the world (but won’t be having any more herself, thank you very much), mentors the next generation of practitioners, and recharges by immersing herself in Japanese forest bathing — Shinrin-yoku — while plotting the downfall of meatloaf (yes, the food and the singer).
She believes in healing with heart, humour, and the occasional well-placed prick.

Hello, I'm Pip, and I'm honoured to support you on your menopause journey. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist, and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, I've dedicated my practice to empowering women during this transformative phase of life.
Menopause is more than a biological transition; it's an opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery. Often, unconscious beliefs and societal narratives shape our experiences in ways we're not fully aware of. In our work together, we'll gently uncover and challenge these hidden beliefs, replacing them with empowering perspectives that honor your strength and resilience.
Our unconscious beliefs and habitual mindsets profoundly influence various facets of our lives, including weight management, relationships, and career progression. By bringing these hidden beliefs to light and challenging their validity, we can initiate meaningful changes that enhance our well-being across these critical areas.
I'm here to support you in transforming these transitions that we can't avoid into a journey of choice, empowerment and self-discovery.
Marye O’Brien specialises in women’s health and menopause through an Ayurvedic lens, offering transformative guidance and holistic wellness solutions. She will be sharing many natural approaches to managing menopause through Ayurvedic principles.
She is the founder of Maiaveda, a wellness sanctuary based in Kyneton, Victoria; a sacred space where tranquility meets vitality.
Hi, I’m Michelle Barton — artist, creative space wrangler, and yes, proud card-carrying member of the “Hot Flash Club.” At 55, I’ve unlocked the magical life stage where I cry at dog food commercials, forget why I walked into rooms, and still can’t work out TikTok. But I’ve also never been more myself — which is exactly how I like it.

My husband and I have called the beautiful Macedon Ranges home for the past 20 years. It’s where we raised our two daughters, who have now flown the nest (and occasionally boomerang back when there’s food involved).
I’m the founder of MCB Studio Backdrops, where I turn blank canvas into richly textured, hand-painted masterpieces — perfect for adding mood, depth, and a sprinkle of drama to photos, videos, and creative projects.
You’ll also find me at The Studio @No.4, my multi-purpose studio space that I share with other artists, makers, and caffeine-fueled creatives. We do everything from painting and photography to wildly fun workshops and the occasional interpretive dance (optional, but encouraged).
With a background in finance (yes, I can paint and do spreadsheets), and a passion for connection and creativity, I’m here to spark meaningful convos, inspire artistic courage, and remind you that it’s never too late to shake things up — even if you need a fan and a snack break halfway through.
Let’s talk, laugh, create, and sweat a little (it might be the hot flashes, or it might be the excitement — who knows?).
